When asked about the new album Christofer Drew said: “The way I see it, a song is never completely finished. Re-imagined and evolved with each performance”, Chris says. “This album is a revamp of some of my favorite NSN songs throughout the years.”(Guitarworld.com)

The band has chosen to take old songs from their previous albums and re-make with new tunes and instruments. They have added violins and other orchestra instruments along with new slower vocals to each track. Never Shout Never started when Christofer drew was only sixteen years old in 2007. With this album published fans can really see the difference on how the band has changed throughout the years. In their most recent concert on March 6,2015, which was the “Mid Winter’s Nights Dream Tour” with Hayley Kiyoko & Me Like Bees, most of their set included an orchestra in the background instead of the usual synthesizer and keyboards. It was a more relaxed show then his typical bubbly performance.

Christofer drew has grown from the artist he used to be when he originally wrote these songs. In the past when his music just launched he used garageband to create his songs and now he has moved on to including not only violins but also cellos. He has moved from electric tunes to a slower beat tempo style of music, as Christofer has matured so has his style of music. If you compare the old recorded songs to the new remix you can tell that the songs go from happy and upbeat tempos to eerie and moving melodies.
